Online Conference of the Acting Minister of Education with Provincial Education Directors Focused on the Benefits of the “BRID” System

The Honorable Alhaj Mawlawi Habibullah Agha, Acting Minister of Education, in the presence of several central directors of the Ministry, praised the establishment of the “BRID” system during an online video conference with provincial education directors. He emphasized its usefulness in providing greater ease and convenience for both visitors and staff of the Ministry of Education.
In his remarks, the Acting Minister stated:
“We carry a great responsibility, and based on this, we are obliged to fulfill our assigned duties in accordance with the orders of the supreme leadership of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. We must also utilize all available resources to ensure the provision of necessary educational services for the children and citizens of our country in the best possible manner.”
According to the officials, the main objective behind the development of the “BRID” system within the Ministry of Education is to streamline administrative services for the public and prevent unnecessary confusion and delays. This system is not dependent on the global internet and ensures continuous communication between departments and education networks.
They added:
“Previously, we could store documents on computer memory for only two or three years. However, with the implementation of the ‘BRID’ system, we can now access published documents of the Ministry even after more than twenty years. This makes the system highly valuable to us.”
It is worth noting that in addition to offering various facilities for Ministry staff and visitors in processing their documents, the mentioned system also resolves public issues quickly and efficiently. It plays a crucial role in ensuring transparency and maintaining the confidentiality of documents.
