د پکتیکا ولایت پوهنې ریاست د مسلکي پراختیا برخې د کارکوونکو، سوداګرو او د سیمې د خلکو په همکارۍ، د یاد ولایت په ۸ ولسوالیو کې ټولټال (۴۱۱۵) تنو زده‌کوونکو ته د ژمنیو رخصتیو پر مهال د وړیا زده‌کړو زمینه برابره کړې ده.
د یاد ولایت پوهنې رئیس محترم مولوي عبدالوکیل خالد وویل، دغه پروګرام د زده‌کوونکو د علمي ودې په برخه کې یو مهم ګام بلل کېږي او زیاته یې کړه چې د مسلکي پراختیا  کارکوونکو، سوداګرو او د سیمې د خلکو ونډه د ستاینې وړ ده.
