د کابل ښار پوهنې ریاست چارواکو د یوه مسلکي پلاوي په ملتیا د کابل ښار په اتمه ناحیه کې د عبدالرحیم غفورزي عالي لېسې د بیارغونې له چارو څخه لیدنه وکړه.
د دغې لیدنې په جریان کې، د پروژې ټولې برخې له نږدې وارزول شوې او اړوندو چارواکو ته د پېژندل شویو ستونزو د اساسي حل په اړه اړینې سپارښتنې وشوې.
د یادې لېسې بیارغونه ۷۰ سلنه بشپړه شوې ده، لګښت یې ۶۴۹ زره ۸۰۶ افغانۍ دی چې د پوهنې د یوې ملاتړې ادارې لخوا تمویلېږي او د درسي خونو، تشنابونو او د ښوونځي د نورو برخو ترمیم پکې شامل دی.
