The Footstone of Darul Uloom was laid in Nangarhar province 

A Girl's Darul Uloom by the name of «Bibi Siraj» is going to be built on 1400 Square Meters in «Gahik» area of Kamah District. 
The land of this Darul Uloom bestowal by the Resident of Gahik erea. 
According to residents, the Cost of construction of this Darul Uloom will be paid by a person whos name is Wolasmal, and the building built will take about one year and three months. 
The Building of this Darul Uloom will be built in a modern form on two floors, and will have an office room and twelve classrooms, a library with all its necessities, which will have capacity of five hundred students at a time.
The inauguration ceremony of this Darul Uloom held by attend of Mawlawi Mohammad Rabbani Naseh the governer of Nangarhar Province, the leadership of Education Department of this province and the employees of the Kamah District Education Directorate, scholars, a number of officials influential personalities Teachers and students. 
First of all, Mufti Habib Hazrat Haqqani, the head of education Department of that province, welcomed the guests and thanked the sponsor. He addressed the students of Darul Uloom and said that you are the guardians of the religion and the homeland, and added that the learning of  religious and modern sciences essential for them.
in addition, the governor of the province, the district governor of Kamah and a number of scholars and people's representatives also spoke in this ceremony and expressed their support for the comprehensive programs of the Ministry of Education.
At the end of the ceremony, the Nangarhar governor visited Al-Nasr private school while being accompanied by the head and some officials.
On the other hand, the principal and teachers of the school assured that the teaching quality has improved than before.
