A consultative meeting was held regarding the implementation of the new formation of the MOE

The plan of organizational structure of MoE, after approval by the leadership of the IEA, was sent to this Ministry for implementation.
This plan was arranged with the aim of preventing organizational inflation and overlapping duties, reforming the organizational structure and uniting similar departments in terms of duties in the MoE, with the allocation of 100,000 new positions for the Madrasas.
For this reason, a consultative meeting was held about the implementation of the new formation under the leadership of Mawlawi Sebghatullah Waseel, the MoE’s deputy of Resources and Administration, with the participation of the General Director, officials and experts of the General Department of Human Resources in determining the resources and administration of this Ministry.
The deputy of Resources and Administration of MoE talked about the benefits of the new formation, and consulted and exchanged opinions with directors and members of the meeting regarding the appropriate ways and methods of its implementation.
He emphasized that the employees of the departments and directorates of the MoE, do not lose their jobs in the implementation process of this program.
 
The members of the Meeting shared their idea with the leadership of the ministry about the new formation and the different dimensions and the adaptive way and the challenges of implementing it.
 Finally, it was decided that the implementation program of the new formation should start from the education directorates of provinces and end in the central office of the Ministry.
