Inauguration of 89 Construction and Renovation Projects Worth Over 78 Million Afghanis by the Minister of Education in Sare Pul Province
Honorable Alhaj Mawlawi Habibullah Agha, Minister of Education, during his official visits to the northern provinces of the country, arrived in Sare Pul Province. In addition to meeting with the officials and education authorities of the province, he inaugurated and handed over 89 completed construction and renovation projects of educational centers, with a total cost of 78,366,581 Afghanis.
The Minister attended a ceremony held on this occasion in the conference hall of the Sare pul Governor’s Office, which was attended by Honorable Alhaj Mawlawi Zarif Muzafar, Governor of Sare Pul, Mawlawi Mohammad Rahmani, Head of the Provincial Education Department, a number of local civil and military officials, and respected religious scholars of the province.
At the beginning of the ceremony, Mawlawi Mohammad Rahmani, Head of the Education Directorate of Sare Pul, warmly welcomed the Minister of Education and his accompanying delegation, stating:
“The presence of the Honorable Minister of Education in Sare Pul is a source of pride and encouragement for all education employees, students, and the devout people of this province. The implementation of school construction and renovation projects in various parts of Sare Pul is a major step toward improving educational conditions and creating a suitable environment for the learning and upbringing of the children of this land.”
Then, Alhaj Mawlawi Zarif Muzafar, the Governor of SarePul Province, while expressing his gratitude for the presence of the Minister of Education and his accompanying delegation, said:
“The Ministry of Education has fulfilled its great mission of bringing knowledge and learning to the most remote parts of the country. Education and training are the foundation of a society’s progress, and the Ministry of Education strives to lead the nation out of the darkness of illiteracy. Therefore, officials and community elders are also obliged to make efforts and take responsibility in the education and upbringing of their children.”
