The Acting Minister of Education Meets with Education Officials, Scholars, and Influential Figures of Faryab Province

Alhaj Mawlawi Habibullah Agha, the Acting Minister of Education, who traveled to Faryab Province to assess the educational situation, inaugurate educational projects, and handle certain official matters, participated in a large gathering with education officials, local authorities, esteemed scholars, and prominent and enlightened figures of the province at the Faryab Governor’s Conference Hall. He spoke about the Ministry’s plans and programs aimed at the quantitative, qualitative, and balanced development of the country’s education system.
He emphasized that alongside religious sciences, learning modern sciences is also a necessity for our society. Therefore, one of the key priorities of the Ministry is to unify educational institutions, including both schools and madrasas, across the country.
Referring to the role of scholars in reforming society, he stated: “Praise be to Allah, in the Islamic system, scholars play a central role.” He urged officials, teachers, and respected scholars to redouble their efforts and accelerate the improvement of the quantity and quality of education and training.
During the session, several local officials, scholars, and influential figures welcomed the presence of the Acting Minister in the province and expressed their gratitude to the leadership of the Ministry for its dedication to developing schools and madrasas and for providing greater educational facilities for their children in the province.
