د پوهنې وزارت د پلټنې څانګې یو پلاوي، په دایکنډي ولایت کې د ۳۵ ورځني ماموریت وروسته، د یاد ولایت د پوهنې ریاست د کار او فعالیتونو بیاکتنې څخه خپلې موندنې په یوه رسمي غونډه کې وړاندې کړې، چې د همدغه ولایت پوهنې رئیس محترم الحاج مولوي رحمت الله قندیلي هم پکې ګډون درلود.

په دې غونډه کې، د پوهنې وزارت د پلټنې پلاوي په استازیتوب محترم شفیق الله نظري خپلې موندنې او مشاهدې په څو برخو کې وړاندې کړې.

نوموړي وویل چې د بیاکتنو اساسي موخه د ننګونو پېژندل او د دایکنډي ولایت د پوهنې ریاست د ستونزو حل او اداري چارو لاښه‌والي لپاره وړاندیزونه شریکول دي.
