د بلخ ولایت په مرکز مزار شریف کې د باختر عالي لېسې د ولسي شورا په مالي ملاتړ، د یاد ښوونځي لپاره د څښاک پاکو اوبو یو حلقه څاه برابر او د پوهنې مسئولینو په حضور کې ګټې اخیستنې ته وسپارل شو.

چارواکو په خپلو ویناوو کې د خلکو شورا او سیمه ییزو خیرخواه شخصیتونو د مرستې ستاینه وکړه؛ له کارکوونکو، په ځانګړې توګه له زده‌کونکو څخه یې وغوښتل چې د ښوونځي د تاسیساتو او تجهیزاتو په ساتنه او سالمه ګټه اخیستنه کې جدي هڅې وکړي.
