په افغانستان کې د ترکیې پوهنې بنسټ مشر احمد توکور د کابل ښار پوهنې رئیس قاري عبدالباسط حقاني سره وکتل.

په یاده کتنه کې د پوهنې رئیس، راغلو مېلمنو ته ښه راغلاست ووايه او د دواړو هېوادونو د خلکو تر منځ اوږدمهاله دوستۍ ته په اشارې سره يې وويل: د افغانستان پوهنې وزارت په ځانګړې توګه د کابل ښار پوهنې ریاست مشرتابه د پوهنې په برخه کې د یاد بنسټ له همکارۍ مننه کوي او د دوام غوښتونکي یې دي.

له بلې خوا ياد پلاوي د کابل ښار پوهنې رياست کړنې ښې و ارزولې او ژمنه يې وکړه، چې د ترکيې د پوهنې بنسټ د کابل ښار پوهنې رياست په ګډون له پوهنې وزارت سره هر ډول همکارۍ ته چمتو دى.
