د بدخشان ولایت د یفتل پایین ولسوالۍ په کاسه‌تراش کلي کې د کاسه‌تراش لومړني ښوونځي د نوې ودانۍ بنسټ ډبره، د پوهنې رئیس محترم الحاج مولوي محمد طاهر جواد په حضور کې کېښودل شوه.
دغه ښوونځی چې د کلي د اوسېدونکو په مالي لګښت د شاوخوا دوه میلیونه افغانیو په ارزښت جوړېږي، شپږ درسي خونې او نور اړین تاسیسات به ولري.
تر دې وړاندې د سیمې د پوهنې مینه والو اوسېدونکو د یاد ښوونځي جوړولو لپاره شاوخوا ۵ جریبه ځمکه ځانګړې کړې وه او د بدخشان ولایت پوهنې ریاست ته یې سپارلې وه، ترڅو د ښوونځي د ودانۍ لپاره ترې استفاده وشي.
