د پکتیا ولایت پوهنې ریاست اعلان وکړ چې د روحاني بابا ولسوالۍ اړوند سرمست خېل قوم یو تن علم پرور شخصیت حاجي محمد نسیم د امام ابو حنیفه (رح) مدرسې لپاره په ټولو اړینو وسایلو سمبالې دوې معیاري درسي خونې جوړې او د تدریس لپاره چمتو کړې.

د پوهنې وزارت له پورته ذکر شوي علمي شخص څخه د مننې ترڅنګ، له عامو خلکو غواړي چې د پوهنې په برخه کې خپله مادي او معنوي همکاري ونه سپموي، ځکه چې دا ډول مرستې د دنیوي او اخروي بریاوو سبب ګرځي.
