د فراه ولایت مرکز اړوند په ده یک کلي کې د بي بي ماریه (رضی الله عنها) مدرسې د ودانۍ چارې بشپړې او د یاد ولایت د پوهنې رئیس الحاج مولوي اختر محمد زعیم له لوري د پوهنې مسئولینو، علماءکرامو، استادانو او د خلکو د استازو په حضور کې پرانیستل شوه.
د پوهنې رئيس له خلکو وغوښتل، چې له ښوونیز نظام سره خپلو مادي او معنوي مرستو ته دوام ورکړي او خپل اولادونه د علم او پوهې ترلاسه کولو په موخه، مدارسو او ښوونځیو ته واستوي.
