ياد پلاوي د خپل سفر په ترڅ کې د هرات، فراه، غور، بادغیس او نیمروز ولایتونو له پوهنې رئیسانو او مسؤلینو سره په کتنو کې، د ښوونکو د مسلکي پراختيا تشکيلاتي جوړښت او کړنلاره تشرېح او د بستونو د انتقال، د ښوونکو د روزنې غړو د بستونو او د ښوونيزې څارنې په اړه يې مسٸولینو ته معلومات ورکړل.

په پای کې د مسلکي پراختيا د نوي جوړښت په اړه د ګډون والو پوښتنو ته ځوابونه وویل شول.
