طی مراسمی سنگ تهداب مکتب اناثیه سیاه چوب پائین سنگتخت بندر مرکز ولایت دایکندی از سوی رحمت الله مدثر رئیس معارف آن ولایت گذاشته شد.
قرار است این مکتب به هزینه یک میلیون و ۴۰۰ هزار افغانی از کمک های اهالی منطقه و اولیای شاگردان، به صورت پخته و در شش صنف درسی اعمار گردد.
