پوهنې وزارت، هلمند: د هلمند پوهنې رئیس محمد داؤد شاه صفاري د یونیسف د کندهار زون په دفتر کې د IRC )) او یونیسف ادارې له چارواکو سره د همغږۍ غونډه ترسره کړه

په دې غونډه کې یې د یونیسف او(ICR ) موسسې لخوا د ۳۰۹ محلي ټولګیو د جوړیدو پر قراردادونو خبروکړې.

د هلمند پوهنې رئیس محمد داؤد شاه صفاري وویل، یاد دفتر به د هلمند پوهنې ریاست سره په همغږۍ کې هغه ولسوالیو او سیمو لپاره محلي ټولګي جوړوي چي تر ډېره اړتیا ورته لري

د یادونې وړ ده، چې د یونیسف ادارې او دICR موسسې په مرسته به ډېر ژر د هلمند په بیلابیلو سیمو او ولسوالیو کې ۳۰۹ نوي محلي ټولګي د ماشومانو د زده کړې په موخه پرانستل شي.
