1.      The Ministry of Education, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has received agrant from the International Development Associationtoward the cost of Education Quality Improvement Project (EQUIP II), and  intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Grant-H-354-AFfor the payments under this Contract for Procurement and Supply of Books for TTC Libraries, TED, MoE, Kabul, Afghanistan

 

2.      The Ministry of Educationnow invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Procurement and Supply of Books for TTC Libraries, TED, MoE, Kabul, Afghanistan.The bid comprises 75,240 Pcs comprising one lot.

 

 

3.      Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.
